1. Australian Consumer Law Rights
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if the product fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this Return Policy limits, modifies or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. Change-of-Mind Returns
In addition to your statutory rights, we accept change-of-mind returns on the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of the date of purchase
- The product is sealed and unopened in its original packaging
- The product is in a saleable condition with the original seal intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
We are unable to accept change-of-mind returns on opened or partially used products unless a statutory consumer guarantee applies.
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit or differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will arrange, at our cost, either a replacement, exchange or full refund as appropriate.
Please retain the original packaging and take photographs of any damage where possible, as this assists with resolution and any shipping insurance claims.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at the email address or phone number below, providing your order number and a brief description of the reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions including a return authorisation number. Do not send items back without receiving a return authorisation, as we may not be able to process the return.
- Pack the product securely, including a copy of your proof of purchase and the return authorisation number.
- Ship the product to our address below. For change-of-mind returns, return postage costs are at your expense. For faulty or incorrect products, we will arrange prepaid return postage.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned (unless there is a statutory consumer guarantee failure):
- Opened or partially used products
- Products returned beyond the 30-day change-of-mind window
- Products not in original, resaleable condition
- Products damaged through misuse or failure to follow storage instructions
